Appium Find element issues, work sometimes and fails again

I can not find the xpath for the ‘x’ button or for any text which is there in this popup window.
Any help would be much appreciated.

‘automationName’:‘UiAutomator2’ and ‘platformName’:‘Android’ should do the trick.
