I am Trying to run appium scripts on real devices + emulator parallel.
It runs successfully on emulator but for real device it's throwing error that UiAutomattor stopped before it was launched

Yes it is possible , Make sure you are using different ports while creating sessions for test devices/emulator and leave server argument session_override to default value
