Ideviceinstaller error

I Just cannot get past this error on mac OSX 10.12.3 running Xcode 8.2.1
First time playing with appium so please i apologize if i sound like an idiot not being able to figure this out . But i built the app , pointed the app path , Gave the UDID for my iPhone 6 simulator

But keep seeing this on the console . I did brew installed the idevice installer

Don't do this. Just pass the name of the simulator.

Tried that . I get this then . Do i need to go towards the Xcuitest capabilities ?

Do i need to go towards the Xcuitest capabilities ?

Yes. <--very simple answer but the board needs me to add at least 20 chars for some reason.
