Unable to find element in Instagram app

i am working to appiun in android studio for Instagram app automation. i want to upload image on Instagram so i successfully click + tab but after + tab open new page

than i want to add image in Instagram that's by need to click "Next" button, how can i find element in 'ui automator viewer ' please help me ..

Have you tried to find it in the Appium Desktop app?

I try to Inspector window but after click "Refresh"click to Inspector Window, showing error "Failed to connect to the server. Please check that it is running "
