Unable to launch Appium inspector in Mac OS

I’m not able to launch the inspector… Please help

Installed below S/W’s:
VM Ware
Mac OS 10.11
Java
Xcode with Command line tools 7.3.1
appium 1.3.1 & 1.5.3 (both)
Eclipse

please help me out…
