Appium 1.6.5 is always opening a brand new package

Since i updated my appium to 1.6.5, it been giving some problem

1. if i run the code it only show 3 functions on the real device’s screen, at the bottom of the screen
2. and even if i use my hand to open the App manually, the App turns into a brand new App no log in no nothing. while the App is not new.
   i would really appreciate it if someone would tell me how to get rid of this problem
