How to automate the installed apps without .ipa or .app files using appium

Using appium and the target device is ipad

I got stuck with the problem in automating the normal installed apps, the error it shows as "Permission to debug com.google.Drive (or any public apps ) was denied. The app must be signed with a development identity (e.g. iOS Developer)."

can anyone help me out this problem.

I hope I would get help here, because it is urgent need for me I tried in other discussion portal as well but unfortunately i didn't get any reply

As the error says correctly Appium can not automate app installed without development identity and debug mode.

It's a limitation of UIAutomation which the Appium uses. It will not work unless apple decides to allow.
