How to build the Sikuli with Appium

I heard a framework called Sikuppium (Sikuli + Appium).

I referred the below site

But still I'm not clear with this framework. Can someone elaborate it?

That article is not about Sikuli, but about finding elements with (sort of) image recognition. Maybe thats what you want ?
