How to get iOS app crash report

Hai,
Any one please help me, how to get iOS app crash report, currently I am testing iOS application in appium and using Xcode 8.3,but Xcode 8.3 I am unable to find UIautomation option for testing, can any one please help me how to find application crash report when ever crash occurred.

I’m not sure if this can be done with Appium and should be done with it.

My team uses external paid library called https://get.fabric.io/3 & https://instabug.com/1 ( we’re in evaluation phase atm ) , but there are many others which are best suited for this task.
