Is Appium needs to install every time? I have install npm install -g appium so I need to execute command every time?

Hi all,
I am new to Appium and Automation testing I am tried to automate ReactNative application but cannot able to click the button or element because it is clicable=‘false’. So i install appium npm install -g appium. So I need to run this command everytime?
