Is Appium v1.6.3 need to install appium-uiautomator2-server-v1.12.0.apk every time?

Hi all,
I am new to Appium.when I am tried to automate ReactNative application,it always installed appium-uiautomator2-server-v1.12.0.apk every time.How do I avoid each installation？

Environment

android 8.0
appium v1.6.3

Are u using Java? can show the Desired Capabilities? thx
