Multiple versions of documentation

Hi,

Please clarify why there are multiple versions of documentation

Also I found that each one has got unique info and it's not duplicated.

We need to merge info and maintain documentation at single place , it'll be easier for new comers.

But I can't find where on appium.io has links to these documents

http://appium.io/getting-started.html is a copy of the appium README file. Submit a pull request if there;s any problems there

The docs found in appium.io/slate are compiled directly from all the markdown files in the /docs directory of the appium project.
