While finding an element on react native application is taking very long time.

What is the platform, appium version and also client version?

OS : 8
Appium : 1.8.2
Java_Client : 6.1.0

But we are using XPATH to find an element. UIAUTOMATOR is also not able identify the elements

u are unable to identify the element or it’s just taking more time to identify.?
if u are not able to find the element then it’s different issue, and if finding element is taking more time then u try to use uiautomator2.
share the log of the issue
