Reset.sh fails while building unlock.apk

I have downloaded 1.3.6 tar ball on ubuntu.
extracted and ran reset.sh for android
my reset.sh --android --verbose fails with below error:

• Building Unlock.apk
  fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
  ---- FAILURE: reset.sh exited with status 1 ----

go to, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Appium\node_modules\appium\build\unlock_apk", folder and past apk file in folder, you can find apk on given link.

for mac you can find that folder on this path "/Applications/Appium.app/Contents/Resources/node_modules/appium/build/unlock_apk".
