Stable versions to Test iOS Hybrid APP in Real Device

Hi Team,

If anyone of you are able to test iOS Hybrid app on version10.3 or above in Real device, can you please help me with the following software versions you are using

1. xCode
2. Mac OS
3. Appium
4. Java client
5. Selenium
6. Real Device Model

And also please let me know if I missed anything
