Unable to run Appium server(programmatically) from Jenkins

I’m trying to run Appium maven project via Jenkins Server which included Appium Server(Programmatically), but it’s showing below error

Note 1: Jenkins settings are ok, because while same project excluding Appium server from code(running the server manually from windows GUI), then it’s running without any problem from Jenkins server.

Note 2: Run appium server programmatically is ok, because while trying to run the project from IDE’s terminal by mvn test then it’s running without any problem.

Any one can help me ?
