Verify Xcode Console Output Using Appium

Hi
I am using Xcode6 to create apps written in ObjectiveC and Swift. The apps make RESTful web-service calls internally and the response is printed on Xcode console. I want to verify the Response strings using Appium.
Any Suggestions?
